HDO or HDO2 definitely have better image quality on the screens. Colors are brighter and black is more black. Depends on budget though, there is nothing wrong with the attitude V6. If you have a good RX and can afford it definitely go HDO2. If not then attitude has the built in rx so it'll save a few dollars and work out the box until you can buy a fusion or something. I use a wildfire and fusion in my HDO2 just depends on what one I grab when setting up. Both work good but the fusion is definitely better.

Yeah it depends on what you want it for. Also the size, type, and power can vary depending on what you want it for. I have a light protek for slightly faster stuff, skating videos and stuff but I have a heavy taycan for slower scenic type stuff, flying off hiking trails and such. Do you need one? Well do we really NEED any of this stuff? The real question is "how bad do you want one?".

I use it its convenient. Using it actually can save pads getting ripped of the esc, or motor wires getting ripped off. Since it gives it a break point in the center. If you get it with leds it adds a little flare also.

I've done it both of these ways. Also have just bridged the buttons pads with a solder ball. Cli is definitely the easiest way to go about now days though.

I personally have NEVER used a sim. I just try anything new on my basher first. If it's not a option I just get as much safe altitude as possible and hope for the best lmao. If it's a proximity move I just close my eyes and pray😂. Jk seriously though I just send it at this point I'm like if I break something I can fix it so no real worries. If the sim is a option for you use it. Dont be me, don't break stuff needlessly!!

I've "bricked" a esc after a hard crash. Everything looked fine but it wouldn't spin up the motor. Plugged into blheil and it was gone. Re-soldered all the connections still got nothing. Checked continuity nothing. Speedix ES35 didn't even break the heat shrink. It's a possibility but I don't think its very common.

If its similar to the connector on your receiver antenna it's a U.fl connector. If it's like a barrel plug that snaps into the vtx its MMXC.

I can tell you if you can take a picture of the vtx.
