Im having a problem with one of my quads and my Roll to the Right is the only thing affected. Its delayed by 2-3 seconds and this is the 3rd time it’s happened to me. I have a DalRC F405 Fc with a DalRC F40 ESC (4in1) FRSKY R-XSR receiver with a Panda RC vtx. The last time I took it home plugged into BF and had to calibrate my transmitter. Do I need to be calibrating my Transmitter every time I fly. Oh yea I have a FRSKY Taranis Qx7 ACCST

Glad you solved it. For anyone else encountering the issue, it could be an ESC problem as part of any movement is motor braking. If you have one side thats consistently slow, say right roll is slow, as well as forward pitch, your back right ESC may be bad as its not braking the motor effectively. Just another thing to troubleshoot and rule out.
I flew 2 different quads after work today and all worked great. So the wires across the gimbal tensioner was the issue. Thanks for all you guys help!!!
I appreciate yalls help
I think i just found the problem. These 3 wires are laying across the tension bar for the pitch control and the red wire is cut
The last time it happened it was delayed in BF, today I plugged my quad into computer and got everything set up to take a video to show yall and the shit works right for the time being!!
I have the hall sensor gimbals and they are only about a year old. My Endpoints are set at 1000 and 2000 respectively
Check your endpoints also make sure that everything is centered at 1500 and end is 2000 and bottom 1000
Do you run gimbal spring tension loose?
How does the receiver tab inputs look in bf. Is your roll smooth or does it delay also? Does you roll bar bounce around? Wondering if you have rssi mixed with your roll channel on the radio. Just guessing here.
No you should not. I'd calibrate accelerometer then see if that corrects the issue. If it does not resolve issue go to cli tab in betaflight and enter the word VERSION into the bar. You'll see the betaflight version you are on currently as well as the fc and firmware target you need to flash. If you are on 4.1 or lower you'll need to setup your fc completely from scratch when flashing to bf 4.2 firmware. Your issue does sound more like a glitch in firmware than bf setting. Don't forget to save your settings in cli first.
