I've done this before and soldered some components into a chevy tahoe before. But this is the first time I will open up my Big Rig and try to replace the buzzer. Look out for some picks. I will document some of the steps. Thanks.
I know this is not the same type of operating vehicle. But I fly down the road with 500hp. Even a burnt-out speak (a warning alarm, actually) can cause the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to make the Department of Transportation (CHP in Cali) issue an Out Of Service ticket, where the truck cannot be moved until the problem is resolved. A rather huge inconvenience. All our federal drug testing requirements are the same as issued by the FAA, so not far from regulation, just the same.
