Are these motors inherently weak? My bumblebee keeps them. Out of dozens of motors I've used over the years...1407's seem to fail the most. Are these inherently weak? I used cli and adjustments to put rate profile on switch to effectively switch between 2800kv and 2100ish kv so in a jam I can slow them down. They still seam weak AF.

Yup, I buy a bumblebee v2 and I flight cancels those motors 3 months later. A little peeved the new 1408 2800kv is 4 bux more. Bux came and unibell.
Then boom. 😅. The slammed cut-out right before crash. More repair!
I don’t know too much about the slammed squirt but I would guess it’s much lighter than the bumblebee (or definitely lighter than jack’s splash that I fly) which is why it can probably get away with the smaller motors.
I think most guys are using 1408 or 1507 for cinewhoops. I prefer the 1507 size myself.
